As we wind down from our first full day of preschool, I am thrilled to say that a piece I wrote on life as a single mom is syndicated over at Blogher Moms. If you have a minute, head over to read The Loneliest Mother I’ve Seen and leave a comment so I know you stopped by.
If you are visiting for the first time and just can’t wait to read more ๐ you can read my favorite post about my children or a little about our autism journey and also find out how you can recognize me anywhere.
If you like what you read, consider subscribing to my RSS feed or connecting with me through facebook or twitter.

Beginning and end to our first day of preschool (no pictures were taken to commemorate all of the crying that occurred in between these two shots).

OMG congrats, you so deserve it!
Congratulations, and…congratulations! Both are so very exciting!!! Can’t wait to go read it!
love your blogher post – read it yesterday, didn’t realize it was yours! my son goes back for day 2 of preschool tomorrow, am hoping it has a few less tears than day 1 had…
Congratulations to you! Beautiful post.
That’s awesome!! So proud of you ๐ And glad to hear preschool went great too. I’ve been thinking of you guys and the crazy morning routine you might have.
Oh thank you, we are doing pretty good, despite the tears. How about you guys?
I’m heading over now, but I have difficulty sometimes trying to comment at BlogHer.
It’s me, not them.
I’m tragic at logging in for some reason.
But I usually can sparkle.
So count on me for at least a bit of that over there…
And also yay, you!
Thanks, I used to have a hard time longing in over there too, it must be them because it certainly is not us ;).
Such a great post my friend. xoxo
I always have trouble commenting on blogher…I think it has to do with my work server…I have the same problem on some blogs. Guess they don’t want me blogging/commenting at work. WTF?!?! But here’s what I tried to write…
I really love this post. It’s just such a wonderful example of you never really know what someone’s going through. It really makes you stop and think about not judging or assuming.
Great job Jessica!
Thanks so much for reading and trying to comment Jaime. Those jobs, they always get in the way of blogging :).
Congrats! I’m going over to read it now!
Who was crying inbetween? ๐
Congrats on your post – such a good one.
Both of us!
Awww. Hope it gets better. Dustyn cried Monday and Tuesday for a few seconds.
Thanks Alison, I\’m glad we made it through. It was a long day but he did great.
Congrats! Off to read it now!
That’s awesome. I read your BlogHer post while I was on my phone earlier. It’s wonderful. So wonderful.
Thanks so much Krista.
