Since we are all recovering from shopping, wrapping, cooking, eating and eating some more, Ashley from My Front Porch Swing and I thought we would host a nice easy link up so everyone has a chance to relax.
Just create a post with 12 words or 12 pictures… a little year in review. Pick a word for each month of 2011 or a picture for each, or a 12 word sentence that sums up the year or a 12 picture collage, as long as it’s easy for you to put together and easy for others to read.

I really wanted to capture the year so I cheated a bit and did 12 collages, one for each month.
I love the thought of being able to click on one post and get a glimpse of the year, because each photo sparks so many memories.

What a great idea, Jessica, thanks so much for hosting! Something I could handle even with my exhausted vacation-mommy-brain. Although due to the forementioned, I misspelled my name in my linky link (missing the “e” in squashed) and forgot to check until it went up. Sigh.

I was thinking about doing one of Mama Kat’s writing prompts and choosing a favorite post from each month this year – so, 12 links. Would that work?
Of course, I make no promises as to whether I can get ANY post up at this point. I’m currently experiencing post-Christmas brain mush. 🙂
