Congratulations to Kimberly, the winner of a gorgeous canvas piece from Small Bird Studios!!
I have the drive to win compete, I always have.
Which is bizarre since I don’t have an athletic bone in my body.
Add in a cause I carried close to my heart for two pregnancies, both not quiet long enough to give my babies a healthy start, and I am all over fundraising for the March of Dimes each year.
This year I doubled my fundraising goal and I am going to get there, if I have to giveaway my favorite boots, my beloved minivan and my kids (okay maybe not the kids, except for on an evening when they get out of bed 14,365 times for a drink of water/bowl of pretzels/midnight bike ride).
To begin my I-will-beg-plead-and-giveaway-things campaign I am giving away this gorgeous 6″ x 6″ canvas print from Small Bird Studios.
In order to enter, all you have to do is donate $1 to my March for Babies campaign. Every dollar you donate will be considered one entry towards the giveaway. (No need to put the amount you donated in the comments, just leave me a comment letting me know you donated and I can track the amount and your number of entries.)
Click the image below to donate and thank you, from the bottom of my heart and all the preemie hearts that I am lucky enough to have beating in my home.

I just ran the L.A. Marathon yesterday for March of Dimes. It is a charity near and dear to my heart. One of my closest friends lost one of his twin sons at 5 months old due to prematurity complications. I ran the Marathon for Team Dibble. And you don’t need an athletic bone in your body to walk for charity. It’s amazed me over these past few years how many people run or walk for various causes. When I showed up for my first marathon I expected everyone to be these slim, trim hardbodies. I was so surprised to see EVERY type of human being represented. It was amazing and inspiring. Best to you.
Jessica says
So inspiring isn’t it? I love seeing all of the people that come out for the walk each year.

In the Jewish tradition there is a number that represents life. I gave twice that number for each of your premies. Good luck.

Thank you so, so much.
