This Father’s Day I find myself reflecting on the amazing dads I have been surrounded by, my own dad, my late grandfather and, of course, my husband who has been a parent I could only dream of to our children.
I will always remember my grandfather and his strength,
think of my dad and smile.
and thank every star in the sky for my husband.
If you have a minute and need a smile, here’s a heavily edited interview with my children about their dad (I think I removed the word “poop” from our clips approximately 3,245 times).
Have a great Father’s Day and head to my facebook page to share your favorite memory of your dad.

Great video. What a nice father’s day message.
I love this video! You have the sweetest kids. This was such a great idea for Father’s Day.
What a sweet Father’s Day video but I must admit…. it made me a little sea sick. ๐
Love every last ‘lil bit of this! Happy Father’s Day to your guy!
Ah, you get me when you write and you can even get me with your videos. Beautifully imperfect!
I need to really start video taping my kids more. Loved to hear them and their little toddler talk!
“I love you or something” I love that!
Great Video! I really should get my kids on video tape(do we still call it that?) more often. Photos are nice and pretty but video beats it all! Your kids to a super job!
Next time though, set up a tripod for that camera. I was getting motion sickness.

I know, it was bad wasn’t it? It was just with my phone so she was wandering all over the place. You should have seen the footage I edited out.
I love the idea of interviewing your kids. That will make a great keepsake for sure!
So touching photo with a dad and his kid and I like the video. It is really awesome and memorable having this sort of time with your kid.
It is truly a gift to have had good dad experiences ๐
It is and I don’t think I realized it as much as I should have until I was an adult. Hope you had a great weekend!
This was a beautiful Daddy tribute to Mark!
Thank you!
Love the post and the interview idea. I did just an old school 10 questions about daddy with our twins. Fletcher would have written angry birds for every answer if I was not there editing. Happy Father’s Day to Mr. W!
It was fun but yes, the editing took a lot of work, especially with Sawyer, the other ones were giggling and being goofballs in the background.
